Absolutely gorgeous hairline pleated chiffon fully lined skirt. Ruffled hemline. Comfortable elastic waist makes it easy to put it on or take it off, can be worn also as a strapless dress. Wear it with a fancy belt and you are all dolled up. The belt is not for sale. Price is for the skirt only. The color is a very attractive tone of red. I love this skirt and I wish I didn’t have to sell but it deserves to be admired. The size is really “S”
